Important Update on Shipping Times

Some of our orders have been taking a little longer than usual to leave the workshop, and we want to be transparent about why. Our team has been refining the latest scent batches to make sure every bottle meets our standards before it ships. We'd rather take an extra day or two than send something that isn't right — thanks for your patience while we get each formula perfect.

To get back to our normal turnaround, we've brought new perfumers onto the team. Production capacity is up, and we expect to catch up on all delayed orders within the next week and return to our standard 3-business-day processing window.

Shipping

Orders ship via UPS, DHL, FedEx, or a local courier — whichever route gets your bottle to you the fastest. We process and dispatch from our warehouse within 3 business days. During peak seasons, please allow up to 5 business days for dispatch.

Depending on stock and your delivery address, your order may ship from one of our regional hubs in the US, Australia, Shanghai, or Singapore. This routing means your bottle takes the shortest possible path to your door.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. If you can't find it, check your spam folder, then contact us and we'll resend it.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, reach out within 14 days of the delivery date. We'll replace it or refund you — no questions, no hassle.
